Refund & Return Policy – Sunnah
At Sunnah, we strive to provide high-quality products that align with the Prophetic way. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy in accordance with the Sunnah of fair trade and customer satisfaction.
Returning a Product – Following the Sunnah
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
"He who accepts the return of what he has sold to a Muslim, Allah will forgive his faults." (Abu Dawood, Ibn Majah)
Following this beautiful Sunnah, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return & Refund

Timeframe for Return:
- A return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be shipped back within 3 days after approval of the return request.

Eligibility for Return:
- The order must be returned as received, including all items, free gifts, and packaging.
- If you received a free Zamzam bottle, it must be returned along with the package.
- The product should be unused or lightly tested only.
- If any item is missing, damaged due to customer handling, or excessively used, the return will not be accepted.

Fair Usage for Returns:
- Perfumes: A spray or two is enough to test the fragrance. Excessive usage will make the return ineligible.
- Talbina: A spoonful is sufficient to taste. If a significant portion is consumed, the return will not be accepted.
- Miswak: A single miswak is enough to test. If multiple miswaks are used, the return will not be accepted.

Hygiene & Safety Assurance:
- Any product that is returned, even if opened slightly, is not resold to other customers to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order details.
- Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

Shipping & Return Costs:
- The customer will bear the return shipping cost unless the product was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued through bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us immediately with clear pictures of the product and packaging.
- We will replace the product at no extra cost or issue a refund.
